
You decide which you prefer body!!!If a person feels nervous, stressed, miserable, irritable, you can eat better because it is true when the people eat something, this food can change their mood. Many people think in this like something stupid, but these people are wrong. Personally, when I feel tired, I quickly go for a candy because this gives me energy, and then I feel less tired. When I feel sadness, I eat chocolate. This doesn’t remove me the pain, but I like the chocolate, so this helps me to forget a bit the problem. I try to eat everything because this is delicious, and I am cheerful when I eat.
